Developer Terms & Promotion Models

• App Submissions & Hosting: Developers are welcome to submit their applications, web apps, and setup packages directly to Walinavo. By submitting software or executable files to our platform, you grant Walinavo permission to host, feature, and distribute the unmodified files for promotional and discovery purposes.
• Claiming Existing Listings: If your application is listed on Walinavo via an affiliate network or web indexing, you retain full ownership. Rights holders can claim their listing at any time to:
  • Update executable files, download links, graphics, and promotional descriptions.
  • Replace redirect URLs with direct store links or custom tracking endpoints.
  • Inquire about sponsored placements, priority reviews, or growth partnerships.
• Intellectual Property & Rights: Developers retain all intellectual property, trademarks, and copyrights associated with their submitted software and assets.
• Takedown & Removal Policy: If you are the verified owner or authorized representative of an application hosted or listed on Walinavo and wish to have it modified or removed, please submit a request to our support team. We process all verified ownership requests promptly.
